ci: refactor into one checker script ... c7e25618f4

With the help of LATE and the qwen-3-coder-30b-a3b-instruct model on an
OVHcloud AI Endpoint, we refactor the checker scripts sot that except for
the pre-commit and commit-msg thin wrappers to allow use as git hooks, we
now have a single checker script.

ci: reorganize pre-commit.sh with variables at top ... 2547751141

With help of LATE and qwen3-coder-30b-a3b-instruct model, we
reorganize the pre-commit.sh file so that the variables or
at top of the file (for better visibility).

ci: update action.yml to point to new pre-commit.sh ... ecbafb7dd3

entrypoint.sh does not longer exist.
