repo: add openwrt-repotool dev config ... d78040f374

Let's keep the dev configs in the same repo.

repo: update orepotool branch for SSH and VSCodium ... fcc325c767

Due to rate limiting on HTTPS and preferring to use SSH authenticatin over
OAuth, use SSH to access the openwrt-repotool (orepotool) repositories.

In addition we are not using CodeLite, but are using VSCodium, so update
the file links appropriately.

Finally, remove openwrt development-related links that don't apply when
working on the repo tool.
