repo: update orepotool branch for SSH and VSCodium ... 9f16695c8f

Due to rate limiting on HTTPS and preferring to use SSH authenticatin over
OAuth, use SSH to access the openwrt-repotool (orepotool) repositories.

In addition we are not using CodeLite, but are using VSCodium, so update
the file links appropriately.

Finally, remove openwrt development-related links that don't apply when
working on the repo tool.
